APEX GIFT VOUCHER 5000 TK

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

“Customer(s) can purchase various amounts of Apex digital gift vouchers from Ants Shop by pre-payment through the selected payment gateway and using the selected payment method and the customer(s) shall be entitled to purchase Apex product(s) only from Apex’s own outlets across the country by redeeming his/her purchased Apex Digital Gift Voucher under the following terms and conditions.”

Ants shop shall provide the gift voucher’s activation code to the customer(s) designated mobile number within 7 to 10 working days after full payment of the same.

The validity of the digital gift voucher(s) shall be for a period of 60 days after its activation.

Customers can purchase more than one Apex product by redeeming his/her every single digital gift voucher through a single invoice.

Customers cannot redeem more than one purchased gift voucher jointly in a single invoice/transaction. Every single gift voucher must be redeemed in every single transaction/invoice.

Apex digital gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Apex-owned stores across Bangladesh; not at any dealer, franchised, or online store.

This voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

Apex digital gift vouchers are not applicable for the Cash-On-Delivery method. Only pre-payment is applicable to buy these gift cards (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card)

Customers can buy only regular price point merchandise by redeeming Apex digital gift voucher. Discounted products will not be sold through gift vouchers.

Customers must provide their contact information, including their billing and shipping mobile number, in order to redeem Apex digital gift voucher. The customer will receive a transactional text message, which they must present at the Apex cash counter while redeeming the voucher.

If the product(s) price is higher than the actual voucher value, customers must pay the difference in cash, mobile banking, or debit/credit card at the store.

Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline.

The Gift Voucher Code must be used fully in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher, an extra amount can be paid in cash or card, or MFS. But if there's any remaining amount from the Gift Voucher that can't be claimed as Cash or any other financial form.

The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed in any Apex Franchise retail store.

Any product which has been purchased through Apex Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged, enhanced, or replaced under any circumstances.

Apex digital gift voucher(s) can be redeemed only once. If any remaining balance is available after redeeming any gift voucher, in that case, the remaining balance of the voucher will not be refunded under any circumstances.
