Terms & Conditions:

1. These vouchers can only be redeemed at any All Lotto Flagship Outlets.
2. With this voucher, customers will be allowed to buy products (Lotto or Lee Cooper) of their choice which are of regular price. Discounted products will not be sold through gift vouchers.
3. This voucher is not applicable for Cash on Delivery method. It is up for purchase through pre-payment only (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card).
4. The voucher will be active within 7 to 10 working days of the purchase date through a confirmation SMS.
5. The voucher will remain valid up to 4 months (120 Days) from the date of activation.
6. To redeem a voucher, the customer must provide their contact number, order source & voucher amount at the store counter. A one-time voucher code will be generated & sent to the customer & the customer will be required to show the code at the counter.
7. If the product price is higher than the actual voucher value, the customers will have to pay the extra amount through cash, bKash or (debit/credit) card at the store.
8. Each voucher can only be redeemed once. Any remaining balance in the voucher will not be refunded.
9. This voucher is neither exchangeable for any rewards; nor refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
10. Using multiple vouchers in a single invoice is not allowed.
11. Lotto Privilege Club point is not collectible or redeemable while using this voucher. Customers are instructed not to share the voucher code with anyone.
12. All voucher codes are the property of the issuing Lotto Company. The Issuing Company reserves the right to void any voucher code if deemed necessary.
